This is a lovely stitch and a fun moderately easy project for you to create!

Skill level: Intermediate to moderate

SOME SIMPLE CROCHET IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE TREE AND TIES ON HAT - must be able to slip stitch and double crochet

Materials Required for this Item:

4 medium weight yarn.

For this set I used Big Twist in colors (A) Varsity Red (130 grams ) (B) White (150 grams ) (C) Olive Drag and (D) Mustard you will only need less than 3 or 4 grams combined. You will require 1 ball of each color. These are 500 gram balls and I used roughly the amount of grams from each ball….you will have plenty leftover yarn to work up some of my other patterns.

Size 5mm (US 8) circular needle (16 inch length)

Size 4.5mm crochet hook

Darning needle

8 stitch markers

Pompom maker (Large- 3 3/8th inches / Small- 1 3/8th inches) I used the Clover Pom-Pom maker

2 buttons of choice
