This Dr Who inspired pattern comprises of a long coat with a waistcoat style top attached, a hat to compliment the black and white theme on the coat and a skirt to wear underneath the outfit. This pattern is my own design

MATERIALS
Approx 75grms of DK knitting yarn (worsted weight US) in blue, 30grms of black, 20grms of white,
1 pair of (8 UK) (6 US) (4mm) knitting needles or size to achieve a tension of 5st to the inch, holders,
Spare needles, 2 buttons for front of coat

Measurements
To fit an 18 inch doll such as American Girl, Gotz, and similar size doll
