Dragon scale dice bag

This is a knitting pattern for a dice bag that you knit in the round. The bag is quite customizable, you can increase or decrease the number of scales that you want to create for your bag, which will make the bag larger or smaller. For this bag you create two items, the bag itself and a drawstring to close the bag.

Gauge

For the standard pattern you can use a 3mm (US size 2.5) needle. You can decrease/increase the needle size to your liking. This will create a smaller or larger bag. The pattern will explain how to change the bag’s width and length to your linking.

Materials

Number of metres/yards needed depends on the size you make the bag, for the standard bag in the pictures you need around 80 metres/ 87.5 yards or yarn.
Tapestry needle.
Double pointed needles or circular needles, in your preferred needle size.
