Intermediate Level

This pattern is a combination of basic stitches, post stitches, popcorn stitches, and touches of filet crochet to create a richly textured, unique hexagon-shaped blanket.

This does not have an obvious pattern repeat.

YarnArt Flowers was chosen for its beautiful slow gradient, creating a striking fade through to purple. To achieve this smooth flow of colour, the blanket is worked from alternating cakes, cutting at each colour change. While this does mean a few extra ends to sew in, the overall effect is well worth the effort
