This shawl starts with garter stitch and then shifts to garter ridges, ridged eyelets, ridged lace, and then reverses the transition back to garter stitch. Each section is divided by 8 rows of stockinette stitch.

I use two sock blanks (800yds) from Neighborhood Fiber Co, but this pattern can really be made with any weight yarn with any size needles, and can be made to any size. It could also be a great project for scrap yarn!
