“Dreaming…” is a free doily pattern by Denise Augostine.
It can be found on the Internet Archive, but the associated photo is missing on this particular Internet Archive webpage:

The pattern calls for a size 7 steel crochet hook (1.65mm hook) and size 10 crochet thread.

Gauge: Rnds 1-3 = 1 ¾ inches in diameter

The pattern contains written instructions for three different sizes of the doily made from the same doily pattern:

Coaster: Rounds 1-7
Medium Doily: Rounds 1-14
Large doily: Rounds 1-21

Doily Sizes (after blocking):
Coaster is about 3 ½ inches in diameter.
Small doily is about 6 ½ inches in diameter.
Large doily is about 11 inches in diameter.

Errata:
There are a couple of minor errors in this pattern:
On Rnd 14: “sc0” should just read “sc”. Also, if you’re making the largest size of the doily you don’t need to fasten off at the end of Rnd 14 unless you are wanting to change the color of your thread for round 15.
On Rnd 15: It says to slst in the next ch-3 loop. However, it appears that a person really needs to slst across the three chains of that first loop and also slst in the next two single crochets. THEN slst in the next loop. (In other words, when doing Rnd 15 the “chain 3 loops” that are in the “valleys”/“low places” of Rnd 14 are skipped over and not crocheted into.)
