The Drift Line Cami features a softly draped silhouette with positive ease through the upper body, balanced by a more fitted 2x2 ribbed waist section. The top is designed to feel relaxed and effortless while still creating shape through the waist.

The camisole is worked top down, beginning with the back panel.

Sizes: 1 (2) 3 (4) 5 (6)

Measurements: the sizes are meant to fit a bust circumference of 76-81 (82-89) 90-97 (98-107) 108-117 (118-127) cm with around 5-10 cm of positive ease

Yarn: 150 (150) 150 (200) 200 (200) g Knitting for Olive Merino (for the full length version)

Needles: 3 mm and 2.5 mm circular needles (cable length of 80 cm or more)

Gauge: 27 sts x 36 rows in stockinette on 3 mm needles (10x10 cm)

The pattern includes two length options. For a cropped version, the top can be finished shortly after the waist decreases. For a full length version, increases are worked after the waist shaping to create additional room at the hips.

Yarn requirements are provided for the full-length version. My first sample (Knitting for Olive Merino in colourway Plum Clay) was knit cropped in Size 2 using only 100 g of Knitting for Olive Merino, finishing just at the belly button.

While knitting on the second sample, I decided to play around with the pattern and add a lace detailing to the front top part of the camisole, so as to not make the two versions identical.
This has not been tested (as the testing process was already ongoing), but I have decided to add the instructions for it anyways, just in case you want to try it out yourself!
