Drink me up socks are worked toe up on two circular needles with a magic loop. The light lace and cable pattern runs vertically and gives a nice stretch.

Why Drink me up?
These socks are designed in collaboration with Comeragh Yarns and Fibre Ireland. The name of her very special sock yarn, used in this pattern is Mojito. And what can we do with Mojito? Just drink it up.
You don’t need to use the same yarn colour, you might as well “drink up” an orange juice, blueberry smoothie or just coffee.
However use a solid or a semi-solid yarn to display the stitches at their best.

Skill Level: Intermediate. The pattern requires basic knowledge of toe up sock construction, magic cast on by Judy Becker, increases, decreases, cabling, short rows and chart reading.

This pattern:

  1. Includes written instructions as well as the chart ones.
  2. Provides 3 separately charted sizes for 54, 58 or 62 stitches. (Actual yarn usage will depend on the size you are making and the length of the foot, which is adjustable. So the yardage is approximate).
  3. Applies a new kind of heel. Rounded heel. #roundedheel
