First things first: Sachet was a wide handdyed 100% nylon ribbon; Zebra Windsong, a black-framed interrupted railroad ribbon. Bow you can imagine the glory of the ensemble. The close-fitting top is done in Sachet in a slipped stitch (fantastic for showing off a ribbon), with a V-neck in back and a slightly shaped crew/boatneck front. The skirt (it has a straight option, too) is knit in strips, then sewn together-- you control the depth of the flanges at the bottom by how deeply you sew them together. The shawl is done in the Zebra Windsong. A knockout, together or separately.
