This asymmetrical headband with a quirky name makes a great addition to your wardrobe or gift for a friend. It knits up quickly with Cascade 128 or other bulky weight yarn. The one-by-one cables at the edges and the wide drunkard’s path cable give this headband a modern twist.

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner, knit, purl, increases and decreases, cabling.

Materials:

  • 1 skein (128 yds) Cascade 128 (bulky weight). You will have about 40 oz left – (maybe knit a - Cable Me Cozy). Wool/wool blend yarns are best for elasticity and yarn memory.
  • Size 8 or 9 needles – or to get approximate gauge.
  • Cable needle or extra double point.

Gauge 13 – 14 sts = approximately 4 inches.

Size: Approximately 5” x 21”.

Construction Notes: Knit flat then ends grafted.
