DUAL_LOOP_MITTENS - classic mittens in double ribbing with a wide folded cuff in single ribbing.
The mittens are worked from bottom to top. Stitches are first casted on with Italian cast on, and then the edge is worked in double knitting. From here are the mittens worked in the round – first in single rib and then in double rib. Increases then are worked to shape the thumb opening and then stitches are placed to rest while the rest of the mitten is worked. The top of the mitten is shaped and finished with decreases. At the end, the thumb is worked and finished with decreases.
