Make sure to get all your ducks in a row…

Knit in the round, and mostly in one piece so there is very little seaming. Short rows are used to shape the chest, head and wings. They are 12 inches long from tip of bill to tail, and 7 inches tall - just about the size of a real duck!

Colors for the mallard are written in the pattern, but feel free to make any breed of duck you like. Choose a heavier worsted over a lighter weight one.
