Pressed flowers and dried leaves are keepsakes of a first spring breeze. We can’t bottle that fresh breath of air tinged with winter chill that’s been warmed by an awakening summer sun, but we can remember it by holding onto the foliage it promises. Here’s a way to do that all year long. No pressing required!
Yarn:
One (1) skein Biscotte Bis-Sock fingering yarn (50gm, 217 yards/200m yards per skein), 85% superwash merino/15% nylon (sample used 20gm with yarn held double)
Needles & Notions
US G (or size needed to obtain gauge) crochet hook
darning needle
Measurements: sample was approx. 22 inches long on string with each leaf 2.5 in x 4 in
