This pattern was created more or less accidentally. It provides all attributes I like for a dishcloth or in this case a soap tray.

I did not find soap trays in Ravelry. That’s why I don’t know which category to choose. The category “home - other” was confirmed to be ok in the meantime.

Gauge is not important. I would recommend a cotton yarn for soap trays. My yarn is Aran weight and it feels good. I used US 1½ - 2.5 mm needles and Drops Loves You 5.

Dieses Muster ist ganz zufällig entstanden, weil ich eine neue Seifenablage brauchte. Es fühlt sich aber so schön an, dass ich dachte, ich schreibe es auf.

Ich habe bei Ravelry noch keine Seifenablagenmuster gefunden. Daher war ich nicht sicher, welche Kategorie ich wählen soll. Inzwischen wurde “home - other” bestätigt.

Die Maschenprobe ist für das Muster nicht wichtig. Ich empfehle dickere Baumwollgarne und relativ dünne Nadeln. Meine Unterlage ist mit 2,5 mm Nadeln entstanden.
