This pattern should be suitable for any type of yarn and any appropriately sized hook.

Using Scheepjes Cahlista yarn and a 4mm hook, the finished E. coli will:

• Use approximately 20 grams (34 metres) of yarn
• Be approximately 3.5cm high, 3.5cm wide, and 13cm deep
