This is a single button, no sew, and adjustable earsaver. It is a pattern developed for those with limited resources (buttons) due to the current situation. The maker may use 2 buttons for both ends if desired.

One advantage for this type of earsaver is that if a washable mask is used, the earsaver could be semi-permanently attached to the mask and both could be washed at the same time. The earsaver won’t be easily misplaced if attached to the mask.

MATERIALS
• 100% cotton yarn is preferred. I used a milk cotton yarn or cotton blend (80% cotton, 20% acrylic)
• 3.75 mm hook
• a pair of scissors
• assorted buttons in varying sizes (15mm, 18mm, 20mm buttons will work for this particular pattern)
• tapestry needle or a very small hook which could fit into the button holes
