These socks were originally designed for Yarnbox Socks May 2017
When I found out I was being paired up with Backyard Fiberworks for this design, I was over the moon. I’m a big fan of Alice’s color sense and her bases are to die (dye ;)) for.
The Ume color reminded me of tulips and some of the early flowers that appear in spring.
These socks are worked from the cuff down. A simple wavy lace accents the leg and instep. The lace pattern is given in written form only.
