Description:
Ease On Down The Rows, a beginner friendly crochet shawl that can be made at any gauge. The name is a play on the song Ease on Down the Road, from the timeless classic, The Wiz. The pattern is written in US crochet terminology, and contains left handed crochet instructions.
Please note shawl size will vary based on your yarn and hook choice
Option 1: Obtuse triangle shape
Option 2: Arrowhead shape

Sample 2: NSW (multiple yarns) (Option 1)
Sample 3: The Periwinkle Sheep, Cape May Fiber Co, Ewe-Nited States of Fiber, Cascade (Option 1)

Gauge: Any Gauge
Materials: (current sample made using mini skein set from The Periwinkle Sheep)
Yarn: The Periwinkle Sheep Effortless Gradient Set Dk
450yd-900yd (411m-823m) 200g-300g
Hook size appropriate for your yarn weight
(I used a G hook (4.5mm))
Tapestry needle
2 removable stitch markers
Scissors or thread cutter
Notes:
The peach, orange, pink sample, and the purple to pink sample, are shown in fingering weight yarn held double. Use any weight yarn for this project, and the appropriate hook size for your yarn choice. If you would like a little more drape, I would recommend using a hook size that is at least one or two sizes larger than what is recommended for the yarn you intend to use.
