Introducing Dizzy and Lizzy the Floppy Ear Bunnies, this is an easy to follow novice pattern for making amigurumi, the pattern takes you through some basic shaping and is worked in the round. The pattern consists of the double crochet stitch, it also uses the magic ring, invisible decreases, increases and working into the back loop only. There are some ‘how to’ guides at the end of the pattern to help you along. The great thing about the pattern is it can be made in any straightforward yarn, if you are new to amigurumi and want to practice your skills I would highly recommend starting with the chunky yarn. Dizzy (green) when finished is 20cm in height and Lizzy (pink) when finished is 16cm in height and both are supper cute. Don’t be afraid to practice, undo and redo parts your not happy with, use stitch markers they are essential and have fun!
