Crochet pattern Easter Bunny basket:

wouldn’t this be a wonderful little Easter basket to make for a child. This basket with 4 bunnies and 4 flowers is ideal for collecting Easter eggs.

You have to make this basket with the same technique used for Mochila bags: yarn under technique and using three colors at the same time. I have made it in green, white and yellow with a white flower on the bottom.

The basket will be 11 cm/4.3 inch high and the diameter is approx. 11 cm/ 4.3 inch. The strap is 1 cm/0.4 inch wide and 18 cm/ 7 inch long.

Level: intermediate (if you don’t know this technique then it is a difficult pattern)

The stitches that are used are:
American: Single Crochet (yarn under and only the back loops), Double Crochet, Magic Ring and Slipstitch (Hook C2 = 2.5 mm hook)
English: Double Crochet (yarn under and only the back loops), Treble, Slipstitch and Magic Ring (Hook 12 = 2.5 mm hook)
Dutch: Vaste, Halve Vaste, Stokje and Magische Ring (Hook 2,5 mm)
Used yarn: 4 ply / sport
You need: 45 grams white cotton yarn (=113 meters/124 yds), 50 grams of green cotton yarn (=125 meters/137 yds) and approx 30 grams yellow cotton yarn (=75 meters/82 yds). I have used Scheepjeswol Larra.
