This crochet easy bow pattern is a nice embellishment you can add to a hat, scarf, shawl, bag, even your hair. It’s pretty simple to make if you know how to crochet a chain and single crochet. The bows work up fast and easy.

The top part (loop section) is made first and consists of single crochet stitches made for 6 rows to form a long rectangle. The bottom section (tapered ends) is made next and consists of single crochet stitches that are increased on both ends to form the slanted appearance.

You can regulate the size of the bow by choosing different yarn weights and/or hook sizes. For example, worsted weight produces a bow that’s about 5” wide, while the DK weight yarn makes a bow 4” wide.

As always there is a tutorial video for this pattern. Enjoy!
