This is the pattern for an easy cat appliqué. I do have this pattern available for free on my website if you would prefer that option. The link is down below, but I’ve made it available for people to download as well for $1 on Ravelry.

I’ve used 8 ply cotton and a 2.5mm crochet hook but you can use different sizes depending on what you’re most comfortable with.

• White, grey and pink wool but you could use other colours. I used 8 ply wool, which is light worsted in the US and double knitting in the UK.

• A crochet hook, I used a 2.5mm hook.

• Scissors.

• A sewing needle and thread to stitch the cat together.

• Darning needle to weave in ends.

• I used black 4 ply crochet cotton and a 1.25mm hook for the whiskers but you could embroider them on if you prefer.

• I used 2 white beads for the dots on the eyes but you could embroider them on if you prefer.
