PATTERN DETAILS

Skill Level: Easy

Size: My finished headband is approx. 2” wide and 18” long (before joining). It fits me (an adult woman) and the tween shown in some photos. It can be made to fit any head size. Instructions for adjusting the size are included in the pattern.

Yarn: You can use any size 4 (medium) yarn. For each headband, you will need approx. 40 yds. I used Soft Classic yarn by Loops & Threads in the colors “Cornflower,” “Sage,” and “Mauve.” This yarn is size 4 (medium) and 100% acrylic. A skein is 354 yds / 324 m and 7 oz / 198 g.

Crochet Hook Size: H/8 (5.00 mm).

Other Materials: A hair elastic, a stitch marker, yarn needle, scissors and a measuring tape.

Terminology: The pattern is written in English for right-handed crochet using standard US crochet terminology.
