Learn how to crochet this super easy Festive Christmas Tree crochet pattern that is worked around a simple floral foam cone.
As the holidays approach you may be looking for a crochet ornament to adorn your fireplace mantle, shelf or as a table centre piece. These Easy Festive crochet Christmas Trees may be perfect!
They are so easy to make. You will simply crochet a ribbon to the desired length, the wrap it around a foam floral cone and pin into place! I have the instructions here for three different sizes. The smallest of the three only took about two hours to make!

Skill Level: Easy
Gauge: 16 sts x 16 rows of sc = 4 inches
Finished Size: Small: 2.75 x 6”, Medium: 3.7 x 8.9”, Large: 3.8 x 11.9” cones
Yarn: Patons Canadiana by Yarnspirations ® (205 yds/187 m; 100g/3.5 oz; 100% acrylic; (4) worsted weight). You will need approximately 100 yards for small, 125 yards for medium, 150 yards for large. Darker colour shown is Ivy.
Hook: Size H/8 (5 mm) hook.
Notions: Yarn Needle, Floral Cone (Instructions are provided for 3 sizes: 2.75 x 6”, 3.7 x 8.9” and 3.8 x 11.9” cones), decorative berry picks (Optional: I cut the berries off of the picks and used them as the larger “ornaments” in the tree), assorted sewing pins with round heads (mine were 1 cm long but longer ones could be used)
