This is another of my c2c Holey Moley collection. It is so so very easy once you get into the increases. It uses the basic c2c technique but replaces some blocks with ch6. The placement of these ch6 gaps is important to the overall pattern design. This shawl is a series of diamonds surrounded by ch6 gaps, these gaps also form a diamond. It grows really quickly and is ideal for a quick present or even if you need a wrap or shawl for an evening out in a weeks time.
I do not use testers but thoroughly repeat and rework until I am happy that the pattern works, so far I have not had any complaints or queries other than clarification of a particular st. I use photos to show how your work should progress and to explain any tricky bits. On these Holey Moley patterns I give the full introduction before each pattern because that’s where I explain some of the terms and techniques but if you’ve already downloaded one of these patterns in order to save the planet you could jump to the relevant pages for that pattern and save printing pages you don’t need.
I hope you enjoy working this new design.
