Easy Quick Fingerless Gloves
To celebrate pattern launch, it will be 40% discount until 11 January 2023, end of day CET. Discount will be calculated at checkout automatically, no coupon needed.
This pattern describes how to make easy and quick no sew fingerless gloves, ideal for charity donations.
I consider this suitable for beginners.
The gloves are crochet in the round.
Uses stitches are chain, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet and slip stitch.
The pattern is given for adult size, 6 inch tall, 4 inch wide.
Experienced crocheters can use this pattern as a guide to adapt to other sizes by using other yarn weight or hook. I do not include specific instructions for other sizes though.
Gauge is 13 stitches and 8 rows of double crochet in 4 inch or 10 cm.
I have used Julia from Zeeman and hook 5 mm to obtain this gauge.
Julia is a bulky but airy yarn.
I crochet a bit loose so you might want to use a bigger hook or thinner yarn to achieve the same gauge.
One pair is made from less than half a skein (40 grams) and therefore this is an ideal scrapbuster project.
The fingerless gloves can be made in one color or multiple colors. I described how to change color at beginning of a row. You can change colors as you prefer.
