This sunhat is perfect for a summer’s day. Using raffia, the hat is lightweight and keeps you cool. It is beginner-friendly, using basic crochet stitches.

Materials:

• 2x 50g balls of King Cole Raffia
• 5.5mm crochet hook
• Stitch marker
• Scissors
• 1.15m of wire, or 2.3m folded in half for a sturdier brim (optional)
• Yarn needle (sharp works better for raffia)
