Using US 5 / 3.75mm double pointed needles and just 45-55 yards of DK or sport weight yarn, this pattern is a quick, fun knit perfect for using up some leftover yarn.

I designed this pattern because I wanted an ear warmer I didn’t have to put on like a headband and mess up my hair!

Deciding a tie-on design would work best, I wrote this ear warmer pattern to be worked in one piece, beginning and ending with an I cord.
