Echelon is knit from the short end with 1 strand of Vine (Pebble) held together with 1 strand of Silk Cloud throughout, with the exception of the vertical welts, which are knit in 1 strand of Silk Cloud alone. Short ends are finished with an I-Cord Bind-Off worked with 2 strands of Silk Cloud held together.
