Materials

YARN Purl Soho Echo Wool (100% recycled wool; 328 yd 300 m/3½ oz 100 g; sportweight): #7125 Early Spring (MC) and #7150 Fathom Blue (CC), 1 ball each.

NEEDLES Size 5 (3.75 mm): 16” (40 cm) circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

NOTIONS Markers (m); tapestry needle.

GAUGE 14 sts and 27 rows = 4” (10 cm) in St st.

FINISHED SIZE 36” (91.5 cm) wide and 15½“ (39.5 cm) tall

Note: To make this very small shawl larger, work the moss-stitch section instructions as many times as desired before moving on to the garter border.
