The cables and columns of this cowl reminded me of pathways and hedgerows in a palace garden. I called this Ederes which is Old English for hedge or enclosure.

9 stitches and 13 Rows = 5 cm / 2 inches in lace stitch pattern on US 8 (5 mm) needles

Approximate yardage est. 146 g / 5.15 oz. (267 m / 292 yds)

Yarn
Mary Maxim Woodlands 183 m / 100 g (200 yds / 3.5 oz), 2 balls. Colour 478.013 Seafoam. Any currently available Worsted (#4) yarn with similar yardage may be substituted.

Needles - US 8 (5 mm) circular, 56cm /22” long, or size needed to obtain gauge

Notions - Stitch markers, tapestry needle, cable needle
