Meet Edgar the Ghost Writer, a spooky cute poet. He also loves cryptic and gothic short stories. He’s a fun and beginner friendly design that’s great for Halloween. Oh and did you know if you use the suggested yarn, Edgar can glow in the dark? A spooktacular surprise!

Materials needed:
1 skein of Lion Brand DIY Glow yarn (glow in the dark yarn) or white yarn in size 4 medium/worsted weight
US Size 6/4.00mm hook
1 Stitch marker
Black and White felt
Darning Needle
Fabric glue
Scissors
Stuffing
12mm size safety back eyes
Black embroidery thread
Finish size: 4 inches tall
Edgar is made by crocheting in the round. The felt pieces are glued together, but you can optionally sew them onto the body.
