A felted wool beanie for winter with a belt at the ears for ultimate warmth. Edith is knit in the round, then felted in a washing machine. The belt is assembled post felting. The pattern calls for Edith to be knit with a strand of Cascade Eco+ held together with a strand of Malabrigo Lace. The lace yarn is intended to enrich the color and may be omitted without affecting the integrity of the pattern.
