I created this design using a small amount of DK yarn and 3.25mm double pointed needles. The pattern is worked on double pointed needles from the bottom up, adding the face and stuffing before you secure the top.

In this video I am using Maximoo Yarn in colour Sourstrap. Any other DK/8 ply yarn would work.

To complete this project, you will also need some 6mm black safety eyes, a small amount of black yarn for the mouth, toy pellets (or weighted filling such as rice or wheat), toy stuffing, a darning needle and scissors.

Please note, toys with attachments are not suitable for small children. You may choose to embroider the eyes to make them child safe.
