Eiffel is a long triangular shawl, all in lace, is worked from tip-to-tip, shaping takes place on the right side only.
The borders are icord and are knitted at the same time as the shawl.

Easy to work and remember, the lace pattern is a good introduction to anyone who would like to discover the lace knitting.

Yarn
DK weight yarn.

The shawl use a single strand of DK weight yarn. If you wish to work a DK weight version they can be substituted for a strand of fingering weight yarn held together with a strand of lace weight yarn.

Shown in 50 % Baby Alpaca, 25% Silk, 25 % linen (250 m /100g).

Approx.
500 m of similar DK weight yarn.

This pattern includes all the instructions to allow you to use of all your yarn.

Gauge 
20 sts and 30 rows of lace pattern, after blocking.

Always use the needle size that gives you the right gauge! Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Needle
4,5 mm US 7 circular needles with a cable length of 60 cm or 80 cm / 24 inches or 32 inches.

Eiffel est un long châle triangulaire, tout en dentelle, qui se tricote d’une pointe à l’autre.
