The Ekollon socks are knitted in two contrasting colours from the cuff down, and features a simple colourwork motif broken off by purled rounds. It has an afterthought heel that is knit after the entire length of the sock is finished.

Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4)
Finished measurements: 18 (19.5, 21, 23) cm / 7 (7.5, 8.s5, 9)” foot circumference. The length of the leg and foot are easily adjusted, but keep in mind that making them longer requires extra yardage.
Recommended ease: Choose a size that is around 2.5 cm (1”) smaller than the largest circumference of your foot.
Yarn: Approximately 200-280 m / 218-306 yards of MC and approximately 75-125 m / 82-136 yards of CC, of a fingering/sport weight yarn to get gauge
Sample shown in Cumbria fingering White heather dyed with oak (for CC) and walnut (for MC)
Needles: 2.25 mm / sz 1
Gauge: 34 sts x 45 rows on 10 cm/4” on stockinette stitch in the round
Notions: 2 stitch markers, scrap yarn
