The Eldine calls to mind the travelling cloak a stylish wizard might wear in a fantasy novel. It adds extra style and warmth when worn over a tshirt, sweater or even over a peacoat.

Alpaca yarns works nicely with the Eldine as this fibre gives beautiful drape. However any worsted weight would work nicely. Some DK and aran weight yarns could work as well, simply modify your needle sizes to obtain the 20 sts per 4” gauge.
