This pattern comes with the instructions to create your very own granny square backpack.

The backpacks are made by crocheting 5 granny squares and joining them together with a flap and straps. They can be made with any granny square you’d like!

I have aimed to make the pattern as beginner friendly as possible by explaining each section in detail and including photos. To complete this pattern you need to know how to crochet granny squares and how to complete the ‘join as you go method’ when joining granny squares. I have included a video link to help with the ‘join as you go method’ and there are many helpful videos on YouTube on how to complete the necessary skills to complete this pattern.
