Abbreviations:

ch = chain Stitch
St = stitch
Sts = stitches
Sk= skip
Rep = repeat
Sl st= slip stitch
Sc = Single Crochet
Dc = Double Crochet
Picot = sc, ch 3, slip stitch into 3rd ch from hook, sc in same stitch.
