Create your own elephant toy with this easy to follow crochet pattern!
Elephants are adorable animals and a crocheted elephant toy is a perfect gift for children or animal lovers. My pattern is easy to follow, contains a lot of step by step photos. This elephant has no hard pards, eyes are hand embroidered, so it’s safe for babies.

Using the yarn and hook specified below each measure about 11 inches tall ( 28 cm).

Skill level: Easy.

List of materials:

1. Sport weight/4ply yarn (50g/160m):   For body, tail, trunk, ears and arms- gray - Yarn Art Jeans No.46 For cheeks - pink - Yarn Art Jeans No.36 For ears - light pink - Yarn Art Jeans No.74
2. Hook size 2 mm
3. Polyester toy filling (I used fiberfill)
4. Black thread for embroidery of eyes and lines on the trunk
5. Cream thread for nails embroidery. I use YarnArt Jeans No.03
6. Needle with a large eye for assembly and toy decoration
7. Sewing pins for assembly
