Use size H hook which will give you Baby Receiving Blanket
For a smaller blanket use a smaller hook, for a bigger blanket use a bigger hook.
You will need approx. 2 skeins for MC (Main Color-Background) and 2 skeins for Elephant color and 1 skein for Elephant ear and eye.
CH 101, SC in 2nd CH from hook giving you a total of 100 stitches across.
