This is a pattern to make an elf hat for an 18 month old child. The pattern is easily adjusted to fit any size and there are instructions on how to do this within the pattern.

I used 100g green wool for the hat and 50g red wool for the trim. Also required are a darning needle and a craft jingle bell.
