Elinor is named after the strong, elegant character from Sense and Sensibilities. This is a lacy sock, knitted from the cuff down, using a heel flap construction. This pattern showcases variegated hand dyed sock yarns well, and also is breathable for warmer climates. It is written using a 9” circular needle, with the use of DPN’s for the heel and toe, however using magic loop would work just as well, or using DPN’s throughout the pattern.
