After making a shawl dedicated to my eldest sister, the Comien’s Shawl, I simply had to make a shawl for my younger sister, Elizca.

The shawl is worked from the top down and is a small(ish) but warm shawl that can be worn in a triangle scarf style.

Skill level:
Intermediate

Sizes:
One-size-fits-most.
Width - 140cm
Depth - 67cm

Gauge:
19sts and 15 rows worked over (esc, ch1, skip 1) to measure 10 x 10cm (blocked)
Tension is however not critical for this project, but different measurements may result in different yarn amounts needed.

The pattern is written in US crochet terms, but uses metric measurements.

Materials:
Fingering weight yarn (#1)
4mm (US G-6) crochet hook

The sample used Knotty Habit, 2-ply Fingering, 83.3% SW Merino/16.7% Linen, 375m/100g.

Colour B – Light grey – 150m/40g
Colour C – Charcoal – 319m/85g
Colour D – Darker grey – 168m/45g
Colour E – Dark Charcoal – 68m/18g
