This is a pattern for a pair of fingerless mitts, featuring an ornately decorated royal elephant. The pattern has options for adding a few beads and a 3 dimensional beaded icord tusk.

One size is given but the pattern is easily adaptable to different sizes by using larger or smaller needles, and by adding or doing fewer rows to accommodate different lengths. If your gauge differs from that stated in the pattern, I would suggest going up or down a needle size.

The brown and cream mitts used some cream coloured hand dyed yarn and a ball of Regia Hand-dye Effect in Purple/brown only about an ounce of each colour was used.
The rose/blue/green mitts used various left over scraps from different projects, including some purple Jamieson & Smith, green Patons 4 ply, Regia Hand-Dye Effect in blue/purple/green, and some beautiful Yellow Door Yarn Platinum Sock in a colour called Burn.
