This pattern is for a quick to knit cowl that fits the neck and has an oval shaped collar that extends to cover your shoulders.

It features a spiralling rib pattern on the neck that is repeated on the collar after the elliptic shape has been achieved with short rows.

The pattern is written for magic loop (40”/100 cm) or for 2 shorter circular needles.

I used under two skeins of the now discontinued Araucania Copihue yarn, but my testers found they required higher yardage of their chosen yarns, hence the yardage range of 95-115 yards.
