Embellish your wardrobe by knitting this 2-color cowl. It is knit in the round on circular needles using Brioche Knitting and 2 contrasting/coordinating colors of your choice. This pattern is fully reversible with one side featuring the lighter color and the other, the darker color. In cowl form, the top edge can be flipped when you wear it so that both sides are visible and form a double decker border effect. The edges knit into natural points, so a separate border is not necessary to knit. Mine is knit in fingering weight yarn with 400 total yards of yarn, or 200 in each color. However, if you have more yarn on hand, you can choose to make either a cowl or a longer infinity scarf by picking how wide around and how tall you want to make yours. This pattern would also work with any weight between fingering and worsted. My cowl version ended up being 11 inches tall and 12.5 inches wide. No blocking is necessary, and the pattern produces a very elastic cowl or scarf. Full written instructions and several video help links are included in the pattern.
