This light and beautifully textured stole combines an airy, drapey fabric with playful color changes and a timeless chevron pattern. It is worked in one piece without breaking the yarn, while the unused yarns are carried neatly along the edge to create a stable finish.

The pattern is fully customizable. The width can be adjusted by changing the number of pattern repeats, while the length, stripe width, color sequence and number of colors can be modified as desired.

Finished measurements/size:
When worked with the recommended yarns and number of pattern repeats, the stole measures approximately 160–170 cm long and 55–65 cm wide.

Materials:

BC Garn Bio Balance — 1 skein
BC Garn Tussah Tweed — 1 skein
Silk mohair in two colors — 1 skein of each color, approximately 210–240 m / 25 g

Needles: 3.5–4 mm circular or straight

Exact gauge is not essential; the fabric should be light, airy and drapey rather than dense.

Skill Level: Beginner
