Emma-mekko

Emma-neulemekko on kesän näyttävin neuleluomus, joka sopii asustaen kaikkiin tapahtumiin arjesta juhlaan. Tässä neulemekossa näytät tyylikkäältä niin kesäjuhlissa, juhannuksena, festareilla, rannalla kuin arkiriennoissa. Herkkä pitsineulos, leveät hihat ja syvä v-pääntie tekevät Emma-mekosta todellisen katseenkääntäjän.

Emma-neulemekon helman voit neuloa halutussa pituudessa. Punaisessa neulemekossa on pitkä helma, jonka viimeistelevät näyttävät halkiot helman molemmin puolin. Valkoisessa neulemekossa on minipituinen helma, joka viimeistellään nirkkoreunuksella. Emma-mekon v-pääntien voi neuloa kahdessa eri syvyydessä. Valkoisen mekon v-pääntiehen on myös neulottu kauniit nyörinauhat tuomaan ripaus lisää boheemia kesätunnelmaa. Emma-neulemekon voit neuloa juuri oman makusi mukaan. Väri, v-aukon syvyys, helman pituus ja nyörinauhat muuttavat koko mekon yleisilmeen juuri sinun näköiseksi.

Emma-neulemekko neulotaan ylhäältä alaspäin, joten neuleen pituutta on helppo muokata itselle sopivaksi. Eurooppalaiset olkapäät tuovat istuvuuden olkalinjaan. Työ neulotaan aloittaen takakappaleesta ja muotoillen olkapäät. Silmukat kerätään olkalinjasta etukappaletta varten ja v-päätie muotoillaan lisäyksin. Vartalo ja helma neulotaan pyöröneuleena. Silmukat kerätään hihoja varten kädentieltä ja hihat neulotaan pyöröneuleena. Herkkä pitsikuvio toistuu läpi neuleen.

Lankana on Sandnes Garn Line, joka on hienostuneesti kiiltävä pellavasekoitelanka. Valkoisen mekon sävynä on 1015 kitti ja punaisen mekon sävynä on 4108 flame scarlet. Korvaavaksi langaksi käyvät kaikki dk-vahvuiset langat.

Emma Dress

The Emma knitted dress is summer’s most striking knit, easy to dress up or down for anything from everyday wear to special occasions. This dress looks stylish at summer parties, midsummer celebrations, festivals, the beach, and on casual days alike. The delicate lace fabric, wide sleeves, and deep V-neck make Emma a true head-turner.

You can knit the lower part of the dress to your preferred length. The red version features a full-length silhouette finished with striking side slits. The white version is worked in a mini length and completed with a delicate picot hem. The V-neck can be adjusted to two different depths. The white dress also includes elegant I-cord ties at the neckline, adding a subtle touch of bohemian summer charm. You can tailor the Emma Dress entirely to your taste—color, V-neck depth, overall length, and optional ties all transform the final look to reflect your personal style.

The Emma Dress is worked top-down, making it easy to adjust length as you go. European shoulders shape the shoulder line for a great fit. You begin with the back yoke and shape the shoulders. Stitches are then picked up along the shoulder edges for the fronts, and the V-neck is shaped with increases. The body and skirt are worked in the round. Sleeve stitches are picked up from the armholes and worked in the round. A delicate lace pattern repeats throughout the garment.

The sample yarn is Sandnes Garn Line, a subtly lustrous linen blend. The white dress is worked in shade 1015 Kitt and the red dress in 4108 Flame Scarlet. Any DK-weight yarn
may be substituted.
