Enid is one of 16 glorious designs in Stranded Knits, a superb technique manual and pattern collection that Ann created for Rowan Yarns.
With several colour changes, this is a great project for learning fair isle technique. The pattern contains clearly illustrated tutorials for two-handed fair isle technique, and for spit-splicing in colourwork. This is an excellent time-saving, non-bulky technique for joining in new colours at exactly the right place without leaving any yarn ends.
The given tension/gauge is after blocking. Please note that Felted Tweed DK is akin to a US sportweight/heavy fingering.
